She discusses the upcoming operation at the gender clinic.
But her body starts to struggle with her and something seems to be stuck in her throat.
Nisha is very aware of her surroundings and struggles with uncertainty.

In a moment of shock, Nisha pukes out her Adam’s apple.
Out of her Adam’s apple rapidly grows a full sized human being.
Nisha has her friend Eva (Charlie Chan Dagelet) over at her place, where they prepare for their work as dancers.
Someone is coming closer wherever Nisha is going.
The two women drive to a deserted soccer canteen for a performance.
The two women are welcomed by Eva’s friend Jamie (Bram Klappe), who is organising the party.

Thirsty and happy bachelor Harvey (Yannick Jozefzoon) is surprised by his teammates.
When the men find out that Nisha is a trans woman…
…the party takes a turn for the worse when the women are separated and locked up.
The aggressive and drug fuelled boys, led by an outraged Harvey, are about to assault Nisha.
A desperate Eva is unable to reach her friend.
But they’re not the only one in the building, as Nisha’s male gender identity shows up.
He starts picking off the guys who hurt Nisha.
The boys are scared as they’re being hunted.
None of the men will make it out alive.
Nisha regains consciousness after the assault, as the canteen is awfully quiet.
As she has to face Bardo, her former male gener, in a tense finale.
